Reframe AHA as an interconnected, ongoing story of learning, failure, growth, and community where everyone has a place.
Here are the Instagram posts announcing that the application for general hires and directors are now open. For the general hires, we wanted a dynamic video, so we used bright colors and bold type. For the director hires, we wanted a refresh from the school year, so we used clean type and relaxed background. Check out the video and the actual post here.
As the Allen Hall Advertising web and social account, we took professional headshots for the whole agency. Here is a video recapping one of the headshot days. We wanted the headshots to be reminiscent of school picture days so we chose a classic backdrop and encouraged people to show up in retro outfits or to bring fun props.

We agreed that AHA is: fluid, dynamic, collaborative, expansive, bright, and outgoing. Therefore, we want to create a design that represents all of these qualities. And to add a little bit of spice and fun, we shot high by making a design system for AHA. The cool thing about this idea is that you will be able to make different mutations out of the original logo.
